    As organic engagement continues to decline, what’s the trend for 2021 and beyond? Single-brand FB Page vs. multiple segment-focused FB Pages?

    Argument for single page:

    * Funneling all activity to one page
    * Paid media targeting allows for reaching the correct product segment without segmented pages
    * Easier to manage
    * Theoretically – will the algorithm know you like product A and not B, thus showing you posts of Product A… and not cluttering your feed with posts about product B?
    * Create FB groups focused on segmented products to create high engagement with fans of those products.

    Argument for segmented

    * Laser-focus content can captivate and engage the audience.
    * Fans are not distracted or given reason to unfollow due to focus on product they aren’t interested in
    * Stronger engagement / connection

    Would love to hear opinions and if there are any examples of brands consolidating?
