    No ATC and not an issue of creatives or website.

    Hi people, I have handmade home decor and jewelry brand. I had stopped ads and all operations for 2-3 months and have restarted it again now.
    However, I’m not getting any ATCs. On the first day of my running ads again I had 12% atc and from the next day onwards. It’s like zero atc.
    Everything on the website is fine and as it was.
    My ad creatives are good as they are tested and even I’m receiving good CTR of 2-4% depending on adset.
    My CPM are also crazy high for conversion campaigns.

    When you say you’re not getting ATC, does that mean the ATC metric numbers are not populating in web analytics or ad manager?

    Also, are all event tracking happening correctly? That is to say, whenever someone adds a product to cart, is the counter in web analytics increasing it by 1 or whatever the number of items for products, correctly?

    If everything is good, then perhaps you need to start talking about newer preposition in your messaging, that incentives people for adding products in a cart or if you have offerings that differentiates you from a competitor, do include those as well.

    Frankly there can be numerous reasons and to pin point the most probable reasons, you need to consider factors like any changes in offering, brand perception, customer appeal etc. Since these are fb ads, it’s also possible that iOS ATT update maybe be making event tracking difficult and may not provide complete data, to you.
