    Hi all, have browsed several threads and would like to ask for the community’s help in assessing our website.

    We’re []( and we sell ergonomic office furniture. Have double-checked all provided info by Google to comply yet our Merchant Center account is still suspended. Google has not been helpful and very vague with specifically what we need to fix.

    Would like a second opinion on other possible things that might need fixing. Thank you so much for your time!


    At first glance, things look ok and the site does have a few contact methods like phone number and email. If you provided the reason they gave in an email…. that might help solve it. There are so many reasons Google could ban a site, that it’s a laundry list at this point.

    One thing I notice is my browser says the site is not 100% HTTPS secure. I think the site images are only HTTP vs HTTPS…. the rest of the site is HTTPS I believe. That could causing your issue with Google.


    I would try to contact the Philippines support number here:

    If they only give you robot responses press the number that tells them “I don’t have a Google account yet” then you might be able to speak to a real person.

    Generally I think Google is auto-banning a lot of stores from South-East Asia because statistically a lot of scam stores are being built there. But I think eventually you should definitely get your account back.

    If nothing else works send 1 detailed Email per week to Google support until you get an agent that tries to help you.
