Need Advice on Marketing
Hey Guys
I am working as a head of marketing for a B2B SaaS company. We help E-commerce companies boost sales (to the tune of 3-4x) on chat mediums through our AI technology, which communicates with users as if they are talking to a human agent.
We are pretty successful in India and SE Asia, and we have some pretty big clients.
We’ve received funding recently and we want to expand into the D2C market in the United States.
For that, we are trying to leverage agency partnerships.
Putting it simply, we are trying to reach out to marketing/packaging/branding agencies that work with these e-commerce brands, to get a referral from them. Obviously, there is an incentive as well, 15-20% of the revenue from those brands to our partners.
But we haven’t been able to figure out what all to do to leverage this. I need some advice from someone who has been successful in leveraging these partnerships.
