  • Need advice for my social media content as a Personal trainer

    Hello .
    I am personal trainer who is suffering from depression. I gained around 50 kg in the past 3 years. I want to take life in my hands and start my journey of weight loss. I saw a big opportunity in this for my career and social media content. I want to record all this on daily basis and show the world all guidences that I will do to cut those 50 kg. My question would be what is the best approach to this,which social media platform should I use, Tik tok , Instagram or something else. I do not have any pro cameras ,its going to be ,me, my phone , scale and tripod.

    to be fair tiktok and IG are the best to get some reach. but you have to use the right hashtags to get thee right target demography. you can always look up fellow content creators to se what works for them and take inspiration.

    How I would do it is the following:

    * Lock a format, say for instance if you wanna go with shorts, reels or long form, my advice would be reels.
    * Once you have reels, look up a template and lock that template.
    * Populate your reels on Insta/ TikTok and Youtube, all 3 support the format and all three are important.
    * Make sure you are consistent you post every day for 3 months on each of the platforms, it requires work but consistency is what wins.
    * Also lock in an editor app on your phone.
