I have a page was ranking in page 3 . During the running spam link update from Google ranking dropped to 10 page . Honestly I was publishing in web2 sites and I think that what cause this problem.
My question is, should I disavow these links now or waiting untill this update finish?

Don’t disavow. Disavowing sucks. Just keep on keeping on.

If those links used to give your site some SEO value, Google have probably taken it away, so the result is a drop in your rankings. Focus on contents ans high quality links. Disavow if you have time, but IMO you don’t really have to.

Just remove the links from the blogs, disavowing is not a good idea at all especially when your just guessing what the issue is

So you’re spamming your site and wondering if it was the update? Tbh this was bound to happen lol. Try links with authority. What good is a web2 blog that you just made? Let me guess, it gets no traffic either…
