  My buddies over at Mayple opened up a free beta to a kind of agency management solution [Free for 15 beta users] – can be freelancer or agency

  The solutions , which I’ve tried but am not affiliated with (this is merely a favor hope that’s ok), has the following features:

  1. Integration with client ad accounts and free dashboard so you don’t need to go creating dashboards or pay for a solution that does it.
  2. A complete Q&A ad creative and client onboarding brief – digital and you get an email when your client completes it
  3. You can provide an audit of the client’s account from the system – for free and automated once they connect their accounts.
  4. Credit card integration so you can collect recurring payments automatically.

  After the beta closes and depending on its success and feedback from users payment will only be charged from accounts that you close and shouldn’t be more than a few bucks / month but this isn’t set in stone from my understanding.
