Mobile App Client, UTM Capture Question
Hey there, wondering if anyone has a good solution for this / whether or not this is a noob question.
I’m working with an app-based client and they’re not capturing each customer’s converting UTM parameters. I know e-comm brands can capture this in their CRMs fairly easily. How would I go about advising the brand to do this as well?
Use case: understand differences in LTV, retention, churn, etc. by different acquisition channels/campaigns. Please help!
