  • Meta Ads Account Disabled for no reason – how to proceed?

    Hi All,

I must’ve seen this question posted dozens of times over the years but with no experience with the specific situation, I don’t typically read those threads.

In this case, Meta is currently disabling my company ad account. For reference, we are a 5,000+ employee organization based in the US spending about 100k/mo on Meta ads. Admittedly, this is not much and doesn’t qualify us for a dedicated rep. This is not a primary marketing channel for us, but it’s still necessary and useful.

About 6 months ago, like clockwork, our ad account would get disabled monthly due to “suspicious activity” only to be re-enabled after a 3-4 day review. In my attempts to resolve the issue permanently, I was only met with road blocks. They completely refuse to address what the issue was.

Early March we were disabled again. Re-enabled, and then a few hours later, disabled again. This continued to happen all month, and I began to learn from context they had some kind of issue with our “payments account”. They asked a specific question about why the single card on file didn’t match the country users were accessing the ads manager from.

It’s a US based card servicing a fully US based company with employees all US based accessing it, so I don’t know what the issue was, and again, they refused to explain.

Yesterday, they issued their “final” decision that our account would be permanently disabled.

“We regret to inform you that their decision is final and we will not be able to override under any circumstances.”

So… any ideas how to handle this?

I wish I could help you, but the exact same thing happened to me.
