May be Hard question to answer – blog page (also looking for someone to hire for SEO)
I’ll get straight to it –
On a blog page that lists blogs, is it better to have them all on one page or have a “show more” button to expand the number of blogs seen? Maybe it doesn’t matter! I tried to include a video (Loom) to show what I mean, but links are not allowed.
Also, very interested in hiring someone to audit my new website for maximizing SEO!

It doesn’t matter mostly, as most blog pages come with either show more or pagination. From loading time point of view, it would be better if you could limit them to 5-10 results at a time, followed by show more button or pagination.

Personal preference mainly. I prefer to have a maximum of 12 posts per page, in rows of 3. Especially if you have hundreds of posts, having them all on one page would be a bit much. I’d be happy to join you on a Google Meet video call to check out your site together to give you some input.

You need the blog “landing page” to be paginated to follow Google’s best practices. But more importantly you need to limit the amount because of page speed. With the roll out of Core Vitals this is essential.
