Maximum Clicks or Maximum Conversion on new ad account with no data?
Running a new Google Ads account for my business targeting the local area.
- Marketing objective is set to "Leads"
- Google Search only
- Conversion goal – phone calls from website and form submissions
- Bidding – Maximise Conversions
Once I've got my CPA nailed down I want to throw 6-7k a week budget at it. However, I don't want to rinse thousands a week until it's optimised.
Given that this is a new ad account with no data, should I be bidding for Maximise Conversions as I am, or should I switch to Maximum clicks?
