Managing a real estate account
Hello, everyone!
I am currently helping my relative in managing his Instagram account that is based in real estate. This account has 2,000+ followers, each post getting less than 20 likes. Do you have any tips or advice for me to manage this account? I am quite lost. -

Post, engage, and work — followers and impact don’t just happen. Figure out your goals, experiment with ways to get there, set targets and deadlines, evaluate, repeat

Start going through your followers list and engaging with their content – I usually like 3-6 pictures and sometimes comment! It brings their attention to you.

Buy ads and don’t waste your time otherwise.

How often are you/they posting? What sort of content?
You are fighting for the attention on the user’s feed with the hundreds of other people they are following in addition to your page. Your content has to stand out (be dynamic), and it has to touch a chord for people to engage.
