    Hey fellow marketers,

I’ve been having a lot of issues growing accounts.

With pagelike ad campaigns on Facebook, I’ve had very little issue growing pages using highly engaging ads. That being said, making highly engaging organic posts has been dysmal — 2 million organic reach, 500,000 engagemenrs, and 200 resulting pagelikes.

Now I’m trying TikTok for my clients. I’m encountering similar issues — 50,000 views translates to 10 followers. I’m also now trying spark ads using the New Followers goal, but the results are quite poor in comparison to the worst performing pagelike ads ($1 or more per tiktok follower). That being said, the organic engagement rate on these posts are roughly 10%+, and I’m able to achieve an engagement rate on “More Views” spark ads of over 50% (which is quite astounding and almost questionable).

As a side note, the content is always consistent in niche. So that’s not the issue.

What’s going on that people don’t follow?

Is this an over saturation issue on these platforms?

    Anybody have insight?

If you want real and targeted organic instagram followers and likes for your posts/stories/reels, I’ll be happy to help.

So, I would like further insight on this as well, so I’ll definitely be following to see what others have to say.

As for my opinion on the matter you are experiencing with TikTok, from my experience interacting with TikTok it definitely doesn’t seem like it’s a platform built for growing a follower base. It’s a lot more suited for sharing and consuming similar content, so gaining followers is much harder. TikTok doesn’t really make it easy to view videos for accounts you’re following either (their “follower” algorithm will also prioritize the accounts you watch and engage with the most). All that being said, there’s almost no incentive to follow accounts on TikTok, unless you give them an incentive (e.g. story time parts, storytelling, etc.).
