We strongly believe people should strive to improve themselves, so that they can become a more productive person. With that goal of productivity in mind, we encourage an atmosphere of respectful honesty about everyone’s performance. Reads to me like “our CEO gets red faced and spits when he screams at people for not getting enough done” no one talks that much about productivity unless there’s a problem.
I got hit up on LinkedIn a couple of weeks ago for an agency job. I shit you not the job description said “must answer all calls from the CEO at any time and be able to anticipate his needs”. Fuck that shit. There’s no such thing as an SEO emergency, send me an email like a normal human being. I don’t know a single SEO worthy of the title who would take these people up on their insanity.
