I’m a mid-office manager interested in outsourcing my LinkedIn engagement and activity to grow my personal brand (within a set of criteria, of course). Basically likes and reposts of items relevant to my current company as well as industry news. What’s the best route to do this – Upwork? How should I look for talent to help me with this? And what can I expect in terms of monthly cost? Thanks in advance!!

Hey, I run an agency and we do a few professional influencers social engagement.

We’ll likely meet with clients at least once a month (usually a zoom chat) we’ll discuss a social calendar, what’s going on in their industry, what’s coming up, company announcement, competitor announcements, other slightly related fields that have crossover. This lets us have a base plan of their industry moving. They have an industry where you can be a week late to a comment and still be early to join the conversation.

After that we’ll pull together some ideas for the coming weeks and the month as a whole, some draft writing that they can see, some graphics if they’re needed and get any feedback. Worth this plan we’ll also have some ‘stuffer’ The kind of chat you use just to keep in touch, gather likes, engagement etc.

Once it has been ok’d we’ll get on work posting it through the month and commenting back to those who engage. If there’s anything high profile we’ll refer to the client to reply or contact the people.

All in it costs the client £380 a month. A bargain considering some of the doors we open doing this.

Hope that helps a bit more for your understanding ????
