Looking for a sentiment analysis tool
I am looking for sentiment analysis tool that will provide a sentiment score. This tool should read comments on particular posts for my companyy owned and operated social profiles. Bonus if it can also provide comparative scores and identify trends for social profiles that my company doesn’t own and operate.

I believe Brandwatch can do that. Been a while since I used it but we always struggled with the accuracy of scores because of some words would automatically make it skew negative. For example: “This place is THE shit” vs “This place is shit” have two different meanings but both were negative in Brandwatch’s eyes.
