  ‘Locations’ vs ‘Areas’ vs ‘Branches’

  I might be overthinking this but I’d like a second opinion please. It is a relatively small thing but, could make a difference so thought it worth checking….

  Say you are a plumbing company located in 10 cities.

  You want to create a page for each branch, what ‘name’ do you use in the url to do this?

  CompanyName/Locations/Chicago?

  CompanyName/Areas/Chicago?

  CompanyName/Branches/Chicago?

  I just want to use the one that (a) google understands and (b) customers understand!

  Why not /city/* knowing that it’s for the categorization of cities only?
