  LinkedIn company page vs personal profile

  I’m running a LinkedIn company page and just discovered some of its limitations. For example, a company page cannot:

  * follow people (only other pages)
  * DM others or connect

  It seems really, really hard to grow a company page vs my personal profile. But I need to for professional reasons.

  Do you have any strategies for growing a company page despite these limitations?

  I am curious how you grow your personal page right now? I’ve never considered the following functionality or the DM feature (which company pages will be able to do soon btw) to be key factors in growing my personal or company page.
