“Limited By Target Bidding” Performance Max
Ive started a new pMax campaign 4 days ago and now this status has appeared. My understanding of pMax is that you shouldnt change anything for 45 days after starting the campaign, however I am concerned this status will impede my performance/spending. Anyone experienced this before?

It sounds like your Target RoAS is too high which is bottlenecking your spend. Usually only takes 21 days before the campaign is out of the learning period and it’s fine to make small changes like that in the first 21-day window.
