    Lead Gen CRM

Posted by eddiebarranco on December 1, 2023 at 1:45 am

Curious if anyone has a preferred CRM for lead gen? We sell apartments and the the conversion takes place offline. Trying to find a good solution to get offline success metrics back to google for optimization. Proving to be very difficult.

For example, our CRM told me they can’t import UTM parameters. Makes it feel impossible to optimize.

Am I missing something or crazy for thinking that?

    🙏

HubSpot and Zoho are good alternatives if you don’t want to spend Salesforce money.

You can try hubspot or zoho.
Salesforce would be expensive but zoho would be pretty easy to use.

I have been using zoho for past 3 years now.

Hubspot thrives with this and easily has the best integration to google ads.

We use Yardi for our complexes and I have been looking at zapier or setting up a google sheet for the offline conversions but were doing a full web overhaul so ive been waiting until all the sites get rebuilt. Yardi has a service we are getting next year called Marketing IQ which might have it, but i havent confirmed.
