  Latvian wanting to join the creators program, but worried it will affect my views and audience

  Hi l am based in Latvia and want to upload videos that target the Latvian audience, but I want to benefit from the creator rewards program. I could change my country location to the US easily as I already have a US SIM and tax file. However, I am worried that uploading the videos with the US set as my country settings would mean that Latvian audiences won't see the videos and that the videos will only be shown in the US and to US
  audiences. What do you think? If that's the case, is there a way around it? Thanks
