Issues with App Download Ad
Hi all! I’m newer to the Google Ads platform – have set up a couple ads, but am trying to do an App Download ad for the first time, and am getting an error that says the selected assets cannot be added to the ad – of course without any explanation as to why. I was trying to add about 10 images that feature the app I’m creating the ad for, and have no clue why they’re being blocked. Unfortunately, I can’t launch the ad until I resolve the problem, and was hoping to have it run through the weekend. Any ideas what throws errors on assets?

There are specific dimensions and formats for the ad, and Google usually gives you the explanation. Share a screenshot of what you get.
