We’ve marketed brilliantly and successfully, and have managed to get close to 300,000 eyes to our business page in the last month, all organically (for our small business, these numbers are really pleasing).

For all our hard work in getting everyone over to our page and engaged… Zucc the cuck and friends will not let me send invites to page for all the new likers, instead telling us we’ve overused it.

Sooooo we’ve done the work to get people to OUR page. Yet we can’t invite the people who have liked OUR posts? Why is there a limit? It beggars belief.

Whoever thought letting a guy without friends build the biggest social networking site (in hindsight, all of us), should be kicking themselves. Facebook and Instagram are getting worse and worse to use with each update.

Maybe they should stop spending every waking moment trying to rip off other apps and instead fix the increasingly broken ones they have. For the billions they make a year in advertising, and the thousands of mental health issues their apps have developed and worsened, the least they could do is spend some money on customer service teams. Seriously how does a company of this size get away without any form of point of contact or customer service?

People who invite me to like a page are annoying. If I don‘t know the person inviting me personally I will not like the page. Period.

there is often a huge difference between interacting with a post and following a page too. Just because I discussed a certain topic or left a review doesn‘t mean I want to have a company in my newsfeed all the time.

I understand your frustration, but I also understand their thinking too.

Facebook want people to organically engage with pages and people, and follow the brands they want. I think many of us as users get a bit tired of receiving invitations to Like a page. It also can lead to people Liking a page without following its posts, so engagement rate can go down.

The way I see it, there’s a reason people may engage every now and again without following your page.

I have said this before. There is no customer service because, unless you’re spending a bunch of money with IG or FB, you are not a customer. You are the product.

What did you do to get so much engagement?
