  Is there someone that can disable / remove inactive Instagram accounts?

  Hello,
  there is an account that has been taking our name for months now and we need it. It is inactive, 0 posts and only one follower.

  If the account has actually stolen your trademarked/ company name, you may be able to report it to Instagram and take it over.

  If it’s just a name that you want and they happen to have, your only option may be to offer to buy the account.

  Either way, making an offer on the account may be the quickest/ easiest option.

  I have done this . The process takes weeks and requires a notoriety and or proof of business
