Is there any possible way to buy and old Twitter account?
Since I can’t have access to my Twitter account that was made in 2015 I want to buy a Twitter account that was made around 2014-2015. Is there any possible way like a site to buy one with pay pal?

No. You’d have to contact the individual who has the account. If they aren’t active, I doubt you’ll get in contact with them. X will not give you their personal contact information.
