  Is there any issue with schema with warnings

  I recently created job posting schema for my website [theonetechnologies.com](https://theonetechnologies.com) the schema is fine but it shows warning.

  Does it get indexed or ranked in google easily?

  Didn’t check your website (using mobile) but I know that warnings can be ignored, but errors are the real deal. Also if you are wondering how it would look on Google SERPs then the rich-results test also provide that feature
