Implement FAQ if you can for sure, implement events if applicable, Website structure data can help with a site name in SERP above your title, product data (with merchant feed) can show much more information (shipping, pricing, availability, reviews, etc.), Review product data can show you pros and cons, etc.
There are tons of opportunities to use them basicly on every site.
