  Is Post Engagement hidden for Instagram & Facebook ads?

  I know there were updates on Instagram to remove the number of likes. But is this also hidden for Instagram ads? And if so, then what is the purpose of Instagram engagement ads campaign?

  I was thinking to create and engagement campaign on some ads to get some likes and then change to conversion campaign. However if Instagram likes are not visible its useless.
