  Is it possible to work as an assistant?

  I have been learning SEO for about a month. However, I realize that without actual work experience, just taking notes and watching courses might not be enough. So, I wanted to ask if anyone on this sub could give me an opportunity to work as an assistant or intern? If it is a dumb question then I apologise.

  Create a site and learn to rank it. Get off the courses and actually go out there and learn. Actually get some practical experience. Look into becoming a virtual assistant or getting a internship at a local digital marketing company as there’s usually opportunities.

  Also…

  If you really want to gain this experience one option is to offer to work for free for a month.

  Find Facebook groups for business owners looking for virtual assistants.

  The one month you put in will pay for itself in no time (and the business owner may want to end up hiring you after!)

  Just an idea.
