  Is Buying Backlinks on Fiverr Still Effective?

  Everyone says that buying backlinks on Fiverr is bad and will get you penalized 100%. I was wondering if you can still buy backlinks from reasonable vendors. I obviously wouldn’t buy 20,000 links at one time, but has anyone had experience with this? If it still works, what are your strategies/methods for finding vendors? Are they web 2.0 links, links from news sites, PBN links?
