  Is a global menu, linking all your pages, bad for SEO?

  I have a tutorial-type website with a global menu that acts as a ‘table of contents and links to all the pages of that tutorial (which is 90% of all the pages of the site). Is this bad for SEO, or is Google smart enough to filter out such links?

  How many pages are there?

  It there are only 100 pages, linking them all from the main menu is perfect! If it is 2000, not so good.
