  Instagram Verification Issue

  I manage social media for a well-known brand with 145k followers. The other day I requested verification following all the required steps (not meta subscription) and got this notification:

  Your verification request wasn’t reviewed because you submitted a personal photo ID. You can submit another request using an official business document.

  I uploaded an image of a recent utility bill (listed as one of the official business documents)… the only options were to take or upload a photo. If it was reviewed, they would have seen this?!

  Any idea how to fix this / approach it differently? Pretty frustrating that you can’t contact Instagram directly.

  I have never heard of a utility bill as a official business document ????????
  I always used the founding certificate of the business.
