Instagram boosted reel doesn’t show up when I go to manage advertising
Sorry for the bad English in advance.
I promoted a reel on my IG and when I go to the advertising settings to modify it it doesn’t even show up.
In business suite it says the promotion is still active but won’t let me manage it because I have to do it on Instagram.
I already sent a feedback to Facebook to see if they can solve this.
If anybody had a similar issue thanks in advance. -

Ive had a similar issue on 2 client accounts. When I went to ad history it would say “sorry, something went wrong”. I also got in touch with facebook and they asked me to access the accounts. However, after a few days the issue resolved itself out of the blue and the ads started running normally after I tried to boost the same reels once more! So I ended up not sending them the login info. It is so strange and I’m afraid that all the instagram glitches going on lately will prevent me from doing my job for clients properly…
