Impression dropping
Hello,
My recent website was growing in impression in Search console and from the date google made its core update, it dropped down like crazy in terms of impression.
I have no signal or mentions of a problem in google search console.
Google speed insight is decent.
Google core update was made on march 16th.
Part of our content is generated in AI with Chat gpt.
I was wondering if anyone faced the same issue.Thank you in advance for your help.

Check if your content follows E-E-A-T. This is also one of the major updates by Google. And try revising the content taken from ChaatGPT4. Check your competitors content and keep one step ahead to them.

The problem with automated content is people think they can just take the answer given and publish. You still need a content team to update the posts/pages and edit it. You need to understand why Google is showing a specific result above yours for your target terms. Sometimes, for example in the case of the legal market, the competition will simply just have more money and more resources. In most industries, however, you can get high rankings still with high quality, unique, original content that matches the search intent.

I’ll hit you with some uncomfortable truth: What value does the page offer above and beyond that AI generated content? Why would a user go to your page over asking ChatGPT the same question? If you don’t have a good answer to that, then you don’t deserve to rank.
