I’m going to lose a lot of money if I don’t learn this quickly
I have the basics of Google Ads. But I feel that it gets really complex really quickly. And learning by fire will lose a lot of money if I don’t know what I’m doing.
What are some good books, websites, podcasts, resources that can help me learn beyond the basics how to use SEM for my own small businesses and learn how to experiment without setting the place on fire? I’m particularly nervous about bidding strategies.

You could at least run through the AdWords certification courses to start. They’re super easy but they at least give you a base from which to grow.

Yea, hire a freaking professional.

At the minimum hire someone to consult on what you plan to do. Losing a lot of money is relative to the individual. Hire someone for a fraction of what you believe you will possibly mess up.
