I’m at my wit’s end. It’s been three weeks, and I’m still locked out of my creator account with 150K followers, and Facebook refuses to provide any assistance.
Hey all.
Just here looking for some hope I guess. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting back accounts that are rightfully theirs? I acknowledge that I could have taken better precautions to prevent this situation, and I’ve certainly learned my lesson. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Background is I’ve been growing this account organically by crossposting my TikToks into Reels and similar content. Unfortunately, I was hacked, and the individual responsible is posting a mix of strange videos, some mildly entertaining, and others seem to be sponsorships.

Search up on google: Facebook Meta Ad support.
Submit a support ticket to gain acces to an account because you are looking to resume making Ads. They’ll ask you for documentation to prove the ownership.
Create a new account and submit the request through there. They do reinstate access once you prove that you did previously have access to it.
