    Ig growth specialist for hire

I run a fairly small real estate company and I am extremely new to social media let alone Instagram. I notice great realty groups and entrepreneurs with good amounts of following and interaction. At first I thought ALL did it themselves, until I found out most hire a growth specialist/marketing. My question is there any actual Legit specialist? I’ve figured most promise you growth but just buy fake followers, which I can do myself but that’s not what I want to do.
If anyone has any tips, pointers, help, I’d greatly appreciate it
    Thanks!

Yes there are specialists that can grow your Instagram without buying fake followers. (Disclosure: I’m one.)

Before you work with someone, you need to know a few things:
    1. What you want to focus on?
(You don’t need a lot of followers to make money from IG, just the right ones)

    2. Growth is in direct relation with the money you spend. I’m not saying a specialist who charges a lot will bring you a lot of results. If I were you I would spend more of my money on content creation. Content can make or break your Instagram.

    3. Always start with a consultation. So you know and understand the strategy.

    4. You need a funnel before you begin to grow your account.

    5. You need to know your target audience. A specialist ain’t a miracle worker.

    6. You need patience + consistency. Instagram judges your account based on how you interacted in the previous 90days.

“most” that’s a wrong assumption, there are only a few who do that

I don’t work with realtors and I don’t know anyone who does that right now as your niche is difficult to grow without automation (I’m being sincere)

Yes we can grow your account with ads which is the next best thing but you’ll need a big budget and all your followers may be from different countries

If you need a few pointers read the “How to master IG” post on my profile, but if you’re looking to hire someone then it’ll be a gamble because like I said I don’t know anyone growing for realtors

Yes there are strategies we can “try” but nothing guaranteed

For real estate, I would choose a subniche where you take gorgeous content (photos or videos) of dream like homes (or before and afters of non-renovated/staged to renovated/staged) where your primary point is to build a follower base for exposure, NOT to directly sell what is in your content. This obviously requires somehow building the content creation component into your house selling process and needs consistent and frequent posts.

After that, giveaways and sweepstakes (for example, Home Goods/Bed, Bath, and Beyond Gift Cards) where people follow and tag a friend to win. Sponsored ads, etc. Once it has built up a good reputation, figure out how to funnel that into a place where you can convert it to actual sales.

There are a few things you can do to figure out if someone is legit or not—for example if you have barely any content but suddenly gain a lot of followers for no apparent reason, that’s a good sign someone is purchasing followers/engagement.

Social media marketing takes a LOT of work depending on what you want your social media marketer to do, whether they are capable of doing it, or will you need other specialists. There are some who are able to give you the whole package of photography/videography, curating content, editing content, posting content, and managing it, but those are big $$$ and often firms rather than individuals. (Although it IS possible for individuals but those individuals likely are doing and promoting their own content already.)

    Anyway, hope this helps.
