If an Instagram reel doesn’t do well, should I reupload it?
I’ve read that reels reach is like rolling the dice. So if one reel only got like 100 reach, should I delete it and then re-upload it a few weeks later in hopes of getting lucky? Maybe I could reupload it with changed captions and audio?

Leave it, if you think the algorithm didn’t give you a fair chance. Change the caption or song and upload it in some time again.
Your reach and performance is counted as total reach not individual reach. More total reach you have and more you keep people on the platform the more chances the algorithm will give you.
