Identify the source of a visitor from the url in Analytics

Hi all, I noticed when I looked at the realtime view in Google Analytics that the url of the user visiting the website has the product page url followed an abbreviated set of letters that is some kind of reference of where the click originated from, in this example “tgsid”, the traffic source report just says “CPC” “Google”.

When I have run google ads, facebook ads, and Twitter ads I have seen that the urls contain different identifiers, for example a click originating from Facebook contains fb at the beginning and when from twitter has “tcklid” or something similar, but I have just started to notice the urls containing “tgsid”.

Does anyone have more information on these abbreviated click source urls?

All I can see is gsid in the image, but whether it’s tgsid or gsid, it’s a new one to me. I am also curious.

Edit: link below makes me think it is oracle-related.
