I’ve seen websites should go for 30-45x monthly profits so 70-90k is fair.

To be honest who is going to take the time and energy to buy a business that makes 24k-36k gross a year? That’s nothing. That wouldn’t even cover the time it would take me to evaluate the opportunity. Just way, way too small to sell realistically

What’s the bottom line. Revenue is important but cash flow and bottom line is more important.

So everyone is talking about 30x and 40x. So how much would an ecommerce bringing in 150-200k monthly with majority of traffic from SEO and well planned out high performing ad campaigns and a ton of other automations, plus an email list of over 20k which around 7k are commercial emails meaning clients that buy product multiple times. What would something like that worth?
