i started posting on tiktok about 3 weeks ago i’ve had only two videos go over 1000 views and those were my first ones but after those the rest are always getting a lot of views quickly but only go up to 250-400 never going above that. I make pretty solid content better than what I always see just somebody just lip-synching a song. I’m not trying to put anyone down i’m just wondering if i’m putting in too much effort or are people just lucky. has it been too little for me to see results from tik tok. I like my content i like what I put out and people constantly are liking it but nothing it’s passed a certain number even when people are sharing liking and saving my posts. Is this normal for fairly new accounts or should I give up and try something new.

Don’t measure yourself by your successes, measure your success by your failures.

Which type of content you are creating?
Is this informational or you are doing for awareness of your business?

TikTok can be really challenging, because you are right that there is an element of chance and luck in it.

    * First, find your niche and focus on content you’re passionate about.
    * Consistency is key, so aim to post regularly.
    * Engage with the TikTok community by liking, commenting, and sharing other creators’ content.
    * Lastly, be yourself and have fun with your videos, however, do not forget about trends.

Don’t measure how good your content is compared to what you see on your fyp. A lot of people seem to forget that the tiktok algorithm will always feed you more and more of the content that you interact with. If you’re out there liking and sharing videos of people lip syncing, then thats what you’ll see on your fyp. Your individual fyp is not going to be the standard for content across the platform. Just work hard, put out content regularly, and track your metrics. Find out what sort of videos lead to growth and keep doing those. Unless you get lucky with a viral video… It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
