I got my first email on my business email on my yt channel and it was from an alibaba store / producer
I make hair styling videos. This is what their email said..???
“Hello, Handsome boy .I very likes your video on Youtube
I am Y***B**** Biotechnology Company’s, . Would you be willing to test our product and make a review video? We will send you the hair clay if you are interested.
They are easy to apply, no greasy, and stronghold. You won’t be disappointed!

Who else besides them knows if they intended to pay you?
I mean, I’d definitely want to get paid for reviewing/actively promoting a product or service of another company.
I’d be more concerned about the company itself though. Not only that, but I’d be doing some research there and of course on their products… “Biotechnology”.
Sometimes review request come with some guidelines you have to follow… The shady ones basically tell you what to say, when to say it and what not to say.
Many request reviews for FREE in exchange for a meaningless “Thank You”
Some won’t pay you afterwards, so always charge upfront.
Common sense stuff.
Just don’t fool your audience, because of money, and ruing your reputation.
