I cannot come in to top 10 google keeps pushing my rank back and forth
I have been trying to rank on a keyword, it gets to almost 12th 11th and than goes to 3rd or even 4th page. What reasons google does that? i am also improving content according to queries generated on that page (google search console data) and creating backlinks from guest posts only and optimized my page for core web vitals. What else should i do?

Google is testing your site in the serps as well as others all the time to see where it thinks you should be to provide the best results to the user

Constantly changing the content on the page could result in that.
If you’re pushed from 2nd to 3rd/4th+ page then it could be that you’ve overoptimized the page. Yes, that’s a thing and plenty of people do that without knowing it.
If you’re in the TOP 20, you have to be more careful about onpage changes and only change if necessary.
Being on the second page just means that you’re lacking something specific. Check the current TOP 10 and see where they might be ahead of you. Also, compare the TOP 3 to the 4-10 positions if the TOP 10 has been relatively stable for some time already to see how they differ.
