I think a lot of that depends on your situation. Like can you afford to be an unpaid intern? Also is a place where you will actually learn more and potentially be brought on as an employee? Is it an established, reputable employer? If those are true and you feel confident that you would learn something and eventually get paid then go for it.
If it is just a place that wants free labor then probably not. Many places offer paid internships (depending on where you are globally). Where they actively want to teach and coach you up so you can become a valued member of their team.
