How to recover disabled Instagram account
I need help! So my personal account has been disabled as well as my facebook account. There is a message when I tried to login on my Instagram that goes like this: “ Thank you for your info. We’ll review your info and if we can confirm it, you’ll be able to request a review in the Help Center within approximately 24 hours.” It’s been 24 hours and I cannot login. How long does it take to be able to review it? Whenever I’m trying to search my own account using other peoples account my own name doesn’t appear. Why is that? Is it already deleted? Please i need help

Am i able to recover it? I tried to send an appeal but it says they cannot review it because of pandemic

it isn’t deleted, just disabled. I have the exact same problem. I’ve been asking around for 3 days, but it seems it cannot be solved yet.
