How to make backlinks DA 10-20 without cost?
I wanna make some backlinks for my b2b website and I tried to outreach to some sites with DA 10-20 but they reject me because my site is new. Any other ways to make free backlinks in such low DA?

Even 60 to 90 DA backlinks can be made without a cost, If your blog has good and researched based content (though not necessary in all conditions).
For Low DA, use forums and exchange links with new websites.
For High DA, contact the blog owners and write for them for free.Now, It’s up to you how you are gonna impress such people. You need to be good at copywriting. Ask them a favor to post your website’s link. It’s called HORA Strategy.

Working with blogs (your own one and commenting on others’ posts in blogs) works well. I’ve seen even websites having all their backlinks only from different commentaries in different blogs. It’s not easy to find a blog where you can insert a link, but there are some and… yes, sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. There are also catalogues and forums, but they all are needed to to be checked, anyway.
