How to export yoast post/page/image seo data from one site to another, for free?
I can’t seem to find anything on google. I’m doing a redesign of my site as my old theme bloated my wp installation to the point that I can’t fix it. In order to do so I had to make a fresh wordpress installation on localhost and export posts/pages from my live site to the localhost wordpress.
On the live one I exported yoast and imported it into the localhost site but it seems to only be the settings. Does anyone know how to export the post, page and all the image seo data?

There should be an export button somewhere in the settings. Explore them a bit more.

You could just download your theme and start removing the unwanted bloat via text editor and upload the cleaner version
