How to exclude current customers from my ads??
Does anyone know if its possible to use a list of customer emails and exclude them all from seeing ads?
I swear this used to be possible but I could be very wrong. For example, in one case the main issue I have is several of my clients are apartment complexes; it has been difficult and almost impossible to exclude all the current residents from the ads. I’ve tried everything I can think of or find in research. Its been partially successful but not completely.
The current way we build the audience of residents does not bring in the required limit of 1000 to use it as a remarketing exclusion audience.
I have the list of every current resident. Is it possible to use this as an exclusion method?
Plz anyone tell me where I’m being dumb or any other input you have for this.

EDIT: I guess a better question would be can you use a Customer Match List as an exclusion method instead of targeting?
