  How to create TikTok ads account outside of USA

  Hey guys, I live in Europe, but want to run TikTok ads in United States.

  What’s the process here to create the account?

  1. Google TikTok Ads
  2. open their website
  3. create a business account
  4. make ads

  The question here is invoicing or is the target audience you will use in the ad? If the target audience is, you can target country in the ad group.

  Tiktok offers regional targeting depending where you reside.. You might need to vpn + local credit card + po box.

  I’m in the dark here. Can you not run TikTok Ads on other countries? For example, if I live in the US and my Ad Account is US, I can’t run Ads on UK?
