  It is really the same as for Facebook or Instagram, does not matter Twitter or any other social platform, steps the same:

  1) Goals

  2) Analysis of current situation

  3) Analysis of your audience

  4) Analysis of competitors

  5) Studying of your product or service

  6) Content and media plan

  7) Tone of voice

  8) KPI

  9) Analysis and adjustment of your strategy

  and of course you can add someting extra
